Sarah grew up in Blackburn, in the North West, where she studied Art, English and Sociology at A Level and went on to complete a Foundation Course at her local College. After studying Illustration at the University of Lincoln for the past three years, Sarah has already gone on to exhibit in a solo exhibition, Layered Meanings, at the Sam Scorer Gallery, Lincoln.
Sarah likes to explore variations of composition, pictorial communication, visual metaphors and sequential imagery from a story in her artwork. Her delicate style shows her craftsmanship as well as her ability to connect with emotion and underlying meanings.
Focusing on establishing her career as freelancer is Sarah’s biggest aspiration, with the future aim to work with all ages and abilities, teaching workshops and sharing her creativity.
Sarah’s Lincoln Cathedral artwork, West Front, is available at Lincoln Minster Shop, Lincoln Cathedral.
